The Nida Keeper – Testimony clothing:

During her menstrual, the woman is kept away from her husband – “out casted”.The garment of the nida keeper will be composed of many pieces of stained cloth, which is referred to as the “Ed Bdika”, a cloth that serves as a ‘witness’ to the woman’s menstrual state, according to the Halacha. These pieces are sent to the rabbi in order to confirm the woman’s purity so that she can return to her husband.
In this garment, the woman will wear these “Validation Ornaments” in front of all in a defiant act that outwardly shows the shame that she was accustomed to being turned inward.
